Due to a high volume of custom orders, we kindly ask that all files be submitted print-ready at the time of upload. Our current turnaround time is 5–7 business days, depending on job complexity and overall production volume. Please be aware that we do not have a designated graphic designer on staff and are unable to make file edits at this time due to being understaffed. Files that are not print-ready may be delayed or require resubmission. To help us manage production efficiently, please do not submit an entire year’s worth of work at once. We ask that orders be limited to materials needed for the first three months of the new school year. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to maintain quality and efficiency for all orders.
